Brian and Cynthia Trudell have applied for a Special Permit as set forth in MGL Chapter 40A, Section 6, under Orleans Zoning Bylaw Section 164-21A and 164-21C to increase the size of an existing non-conforming deck within the required side yard setback and within the required setback from the top of a coastal bank. The property is located at 25 Prides Path, Orleans Assessors Map 5, Parcel 3.
Case #1915
Richard Dupont has applied for a Special Permit under Chapter 40 Section 6 as set forth in MGL Chapter 40A, Section 6, under Orleans Zoning Bylaw Section 164-21A (note 5) and 164-21C to rebuild a single family dwelling with building coverage to exceed 4,000 square feet of lot coverage and within the required setback from the top of a coastal bank. The property is located at 18 Sages Way, Orleans Map #5, Parcel 16.
Case #1916
Charles and Susan Carlson have applied for Special Permit as set forth in MGL Chapter 40A, Section 6, under Orleans Zoning Bylaw Section 164-3-C (1), 164-21A to build additions/alternations to a pre-existing non-conforming single family residence. The property is located at 23 Doane Rd, Orleans Assessors Map #21, Parcel 69.
Other Business:
Board will vote take a vote on authorizing Town Counsel to enter into Settlement Agreement and Release regarding appeal filed on Case #1901. A public hearing of said Settlement Agreement and Release will be advertised and held at a later date.
