There will be a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals in the first floor Skaket Meeting Room at Orleans Town Hall, on Wednesday, June 16, 2010, starting at 7:00 p.m. The following cases will be heard and other business:

Brad and Kathy Hoffman have applied for a Special Permit as set forth in MGL Chapter 40A, Section 6, under Orleans Zoning Bylaw Section 164-21C to add a master bath over a one-car garage attached to a pre-existing, nonconforming dwelling in violation of the coastal bank set back.
