Zoning Board of Appeals
Public Hearing
There will be a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals in the first floor Skaket Meeting Room at Orleans Town Hall, on Wednesday, May 5, 2010, starting at 7:00 p.m. The following cases will be heard and other business:
Case #1892
Having been remanded from Barnstable County Land Court, the Board will consider revised plans for an existing sign at the Lost Dog Pub. The property, owned by Orleans Oyster Realty Trust, is located at 63 Route 6A, Orleans Map #26, Parcel #10.
Case #1909
Daniel G. and Andrea L. Schmieg have applied for a special Permit as set forth in MGL Chapter 40A, Section 9, under Orleans Zoning Bylaw Section 164-21A (Note 5) to raze and rebuild a single-family residential home resulting in more than 4,000 square feet of building coverage. The property is located at 13 Kingsbury Lane, Orleans Map #71, Parcel #1.
