Zoning Board of Appeals
Public Hearing
There will be a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals in the first floor Skaket Meeting Room at Orleans Town Hall, on Wednesday, July 20, 2011, starting at 7:00 p.m. The following cases will be heard:
Case #1930
Daniel Quaglia has appealed the Zoning Administrator’s decision as set forth in MGL Chapter 40A, Section 13 and 14, relating to possible commercial activity at 28 Namskaket Road which is zoned Residential. The property is located on Orleans Map #25, Parcel #110.
Case #1931
Eric and Kathleen Brehm have applied for a Special Permit as set forth in MGL Chapter 40A, Section 6, under Orleans Zoning Bylaw Section 164-21 to raze and replace a pre-existing, nonconforming dwelling in violation of side set back requirements, and in the alternative, seek a Variance. The property is located at 18 Snow Shore Drive, Orleans Map #13, Parcel #8.
In other business, the Board will vote to approve minutes of the July 6, 2011 meeting.
