Public Hearing
There will be a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals in the first floor Skaket Meeting Room at Orleans Town Hall, on Wednesday, April 6, 2011, starting at 7:00 p.m. The following case will be heard:
Case #1927
Jill and Paul Morelli have applied for a Special Permit as set forth in MGL Chapter 40A, Section 9, under Orleans Zoning Bylaw Section 164-21 (Note 5) to construct an addition resulting in building coverage in excess of 4,000 square feet. The property is located at 202 Rock Harbor Road, Orleans Map #17, Parcel #92-1.
In other business, the Board will also vote to approve minutes of the February 2, 2011 meeting.
