Zoning Board of Appeals
Public Hearing
There will be a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals in the first floor Skaket Meeting Room at Orleans Town Hall, on Wednesday, January 19, 2011, starting at 7:00 p.m. The following cases will be heard:
Case #1924
William and Laura Clendenen have applied for a Special Permit as set forth in MGL Chapter 40A, Section 6, under Orleans Zoning Bylaw Sections 164-20 and 164-21 (Note 5) to construct two additions to the front of a pre-existing, nonconforming dwelling unit resulting in lot coverage greater than 4,000 square feet. The property is located at 10 Bonnell Road, Orleans Map #16, Parcel #81.
Case #1925
Patrick Dwyer has applied for a Special Permit as set forth in MGL Chapter 40A, Section 6, under Orleans Zoning Bylaw Section 164-3C1, 164-21A, and 164-43 to remove a pre-existing, nonconforming dwelling and construct a new single-family dwelling in violation of side and rear setbacks. The property is located at 27 Standish Road, Orleans Map #13, Parcel #81.
In other business, the Board will also vote to approve minutes of the November 3, 2010 meeting.
