Public Hearing
There will be a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals in the first floor Skaket Meeting Room at Orleans Town Hall, on Wednesday, October 3, 2012, starting at 7:00 p.m. The following case will be heard:
Case #1950
Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod has applied for a Comprehensive Permit as set forth in MGL Chapter 40B, to construct five affordable housing units on seven lots. The property is located at 31 Namskaket Road, Orleans Map #25, Parcel #100.
In other business, the Board will vote to approve minutes of the September 19, 2012 meeting.
