Public Hearing
There will be a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals in the first floor Skaket Meeting Room at Orleans Town Hall, on Wednesday, September 19, 2012, starting at 7:00 p.m. The following case will be heard:
Case #1949:
Janine M. Corsano has applied for a Special Permit as set forth in MGL Chapter 40, Section 6, under Orleans Zoning Bylaw Section 164-21A to expand a deck on a pre-existing, nonconforming single family dwelling. The property is located at 100 Namequoit Road, Orleans Map #69, Parcel #51.
In other business, the Board will vote to approve minutes of the September 5, 2012 meeting.
