Zoning Board of Appeals
Public Hearing
There will be a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals in the first floor Skaket Meeting Room at Orleans Town Hall, on Wednesday, September 5, 2012, starting at 7:00 p.m. The following case will be heard:
Case #1948
Rock Harbor Preservation Associates Limited Partnership has applied for an amendment to a Variance previously granted in Case #658, for the purpose of reducing the number of parking spaces at Rock Harbor Village from the required 200 spaces to 125 spaces. The property is located at 9 Main Street, Map #25, Parcel #76.
In other business, the Board will vote to approve minutes of the June 20, 2012 and July 16, 2012 meetings.
