Public Hearing
There will be a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals in the first floor Skaket Meeting Room at Orleans Town Hall, on Wednesday, July 18, 2012, starting at 7:00 p.m. The following case will be heard:
Case #1945
Christopher and Gail Scudellari have applied for a Special Permit as set forth in MGL Chapter 40A, Section 9, under Orleans Zoning Bylaw Section 164-21A (Note 5) to construct master bedroom and laundry additions resulting in greater than 4,000 square feet of building coverage. The property is located at 23 Towhee Lane, Orleans Map #92, Parcel #50.
In other business, the Board will vote to approve minutes of the June 20, 2012 meeting.
