Public Hearing
There will be a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals in the first floor Skaket Meeting Room at Orleans Town Hall, on Wednesday, May 2, 2012, starting at 7:00 p.m. The following case will be heard:
Case #1941
Arthur E. and Meredith Fancy have applied for a Special Permit as set forth in MGL Chapter 40A, Section 6, under Orleans Zoning Bylaw Section 164-22F and 164-3C(1)(b) to construct an addition on a pre-existing, nonconforming dwelling in violation of set back requirements. The property is located at 8 Gesner Road, Orleans Map #42, Parcel #60.
In other business, the Board will vote to approve minutes of the April 18, 2012 meeting.
