Public Hearing
There will be a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals in the first floor Skaket Meeting Room at Orleans Town Hall, on Wednesday, June 4, 2014, starting at 7:00 p.m. The following cases will be heard:
Case #1985
Alba and Ken Gandolfi have applied for a Variance as set forth in MGL Chapter 40A, Section 10, under Orleans Zoning Bylaw Section 164-21A to construct a screened porch over an existing deck in violation of set back requirements. The property is located at 84 Captain Linnell Road, Orleans Map #32, Parcel #53.
Case #1986
John and Theresa Rosengren have applied for a Special Permit as set forth in MGL Chapter 40A, Section 6, under Orleans Zoning Bylaw Sections 164-3C(1), 164-21A,
and 164-21C to alter a pre-existing, nonconforming single-family residence in violation of set back requirements. The property is located at 15 Doane Road, Orleans Map #21, Parcel #72.
Case #1987
Michael and Tracy Roberge have applied for a Special Permit as set forth in MGL Chapter 40A, Section 6, under Orleans Zoning Bylaw Sections 164-21A and 164-21C to reconstruct a pre-existing, nonconforming single family dwelling and garage which exceeds 15 percent building coverage and sits within the coastal bank set back, and in the alternative seeks a Variance. The property is located at 27 Cheney Road, Orleans Map #42, Parcel #2.
In other business, the Board will vote to approve minutes of the April 16 and May 7, 2014 meetings.
