Zoning Board of Appeals
Public Hearing
There will be a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals in the first floor Skaket Meeting Room at Orleans Town Hall, on Wednesday, May 7, 2014, starting at 7:00 p.m. The following cases will be heard:
Case #1983 (Continued from April 16, 2014)
David Currier has applied for a Special Permit as set forth in MGL Chapter 40A, Sections 6 and 9, under Orleans Zoning Bylaw Sections 164-3, 164-10, and 164-13 to add live entertainment to existing food and beverage, bowling alley, and laundromat uses. The property is located at 191 Route 6A, Orleans Map #40, Parcel #37.
Case #1984
Orleans Marketplace, LLC has applied for a Special Permit as set forth in MGL Chapter 40A, Section 9, under Orleans Zoning Bylaw Sections 164 (Use Table Attachment 1), 164-38, and 164-44 to permit additional use as a summer season open air place of amusement featuring live music along with food, beverage, and retail sales.
In other business, the Board will vote to approve minutes of the April 16, 2014 meeting.
