Public Hearing
There will be a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals in the first floor Skaket Meeting Room at Orleans Town Hall, on Wednesday, June 5, 2013, starting at 7:00 p.m. The following case will be heard:
Case #1965
Paul and Anne Marie Hickey have applied for a Special Permit as set forth in MGL Chapter 40A, Section 9, under Orleans Zoning Bylaw Section 164-21A (Note 5) to raze and reconstruct a dwelling resulting in more than 4,000 square feet of building coverage. The property is located at 18 Overlook Circle, Orleans Map #29, Parcel #40-0-R.
In other business, the Board will discuss proposed additional application documentation requirements, and vote to approve minutes of the May 15, 2013 meeting.
