There will be a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals in the first floor Skaket Meeting Room at Orleans Town Hall, on Wednesday, May 15, 2013, starting at 7:00 p.m. The following cases will be heard:
Case #1963
Protection Plus Auto, LLC has applied for Special Permit as set forth in MGL Chapter 40A, Section 9, under Orleans Zoning Bylaw Section 164-3C(2) to alter and extend a pre-existing, nonconforming use by increasing the allowed “for sale” inventory from three to twelve pre-owned vehicles on site. The property is located at 245 Route 6A, Orleans Map #46, Parcel #49.
Case #1964
Brian and Brianna Seppala have applied for a Special Permit as set forth in MGL Chapter 40A, Section 9, under Orleans Zoning Bylaw Section 164 to allow a change in use from residential to commercial office space. The property is located at 21 Brewster Cross Road, Orleans Map #33, Parcel #93.
In other business, the Board will discuss proposed additional application documentation requirements, and vote to approve minutes of the May 1, 2013 meeting.
