There will be a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals in the first floor Skaket Meeting Room at Orleans Town Hall, on Wednesday, April 17, 2013, starting at 7:00 p.m. The following case will be heard:
Case #1959 (Continued)
Orleans Bowling Center has applied for a Special Permit as set forth in MGL Chapter 40A, Section 9, under Orleans Zoning Bylaw Sections 164-3C(2), 164-10, and 164-13, to construct an addition to the side of the building to add food and beverage service to the bowling center. The property is located at 191 Route 6A, Orleans Map #40, Parcel #37.
Case #1961
Robert and Kay Nagle have applied for a Special Permit as set forth in MGL Chapter 40A, Section 6, under Orleans Zoning Bylaw Sections 164-21A (Note 5) and 164-3C(1)(b) to construct a family room addition on a pre-existing, nonconforming single family dwelling where lot coverage exceeds 4,000 square feet. The property is located at 196 Rock Harbor Road, Orleans Map #17, Parcel 93-1.
In other business, the Board will vote to approve minutes of the April 3, 2013 meeting.
