Public Hearing
There will be a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals in the first floor Skaket Meeting Room at Orleans Town Hall, on Wednesday, February 6, 2013, starting at 7:00 p.m. The following case will be heard:
Case #1956
Robert J. Plumb, III has applied for a Special Permit as set forth in MGL Chapter 40A, Section 9, under Orleans Zoning Bylaw Section 164-21A (Note 5), to construct a boat barn and screened porch resulting in greater than 4,000 square feet of building coverage. The property is located at 164 Barley Neck Road, Orleans Map #57, Parcel #8.
Case #1936
Kathi Whitaker has requested approval of revisions to plans from a previously granted Special Permit. Changes are cosmetic and do not change dimensions of the project. The property is located at 176 Quanset Road.
In other business, the Board will vote to approve minutes of the January 2, 2013 meeting.
