INFORMAL REVIEW:
Applicant: Mitchelli’s Italian Market
Location: 101 Route 6A
Description: To establish an authentic Italian market that displays goods in an old world open-air
market style. The store will display meats, cheeses, olives, oils, dried pastas and ware as well as some prepared foods. A small preparation area with refrigeration, a stack oven and 6 burner stove as well as a pot sink will be necessary generate fresh product (i.e. baking fresh bread from purchased frozen product), as well as imported wine and beer for sale. The Market will be open annually from April 1st to December 31st.
