  • Buildings – American Legion building shut down, Main street is underutilized.  What should be recommend?
  • Are there any departments we can eliminate by hiring services from neighboring town(s)? 
  • Are there any departments that we could offer services to other towns for a price and mutual benefit?
  • FY2010 Capital Expenses – any that can (should) be postponed?
  • FT2011 Capital Expenditures – any that can (should) be postponed?  John Kelly has gone on record that the wastewater design expenses will be delayed one year.  Do we agree?
