Work Meeting, Tuesday, October 13, 2009
PRESENT: Adrienne Pfluger, Bob Royce, Arnold Henson, Chairman; Judith Bruce, Vice-Chairman; Harry Herrick, James Trainor, (Members); Jamie Balliett, and Jim O’Brien, (Associate Members).
ABSENT: Steve Phillips, (Member); and Jennifer Wood, Conservation Administrator.
The Meeting opened at 8:30 a.m.
ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW
John Denman, 226 Brick Hill Road. This is a request to add a shed dormer on the rear of the dwelling and 2 small dormers on the front. The corner of the house is within 100’ to a freshwater wetland, but the dormers will be greater than 100’ from the wetland. John & Dietlind Denman, the Applicants, were present.
MOTION: A motion to approve this Administrative Review was made by Bob Royce and seconded by Adrienne Pfluger.
VOTE: Unanimous.
CHAIRMAN’S BUSINESS
Approval of the Minutes from the Hearing/Work Meeting on October 6, 2009.
MOTION: A motion to approve the Minutes from the Hearing/Work Meeting on October 6, 2009 was made by Adrienne Pfluger and seconded by Bob Royce.
VOTE: Unanimous.
The Site Visits were discussed by the Commissioners.
The Meeting was adjourned at 8:36 a.m.
