The proposed annual removal of briars and grapevine, removal of dead limbs on trees bordering road, and mowing of meadow grasses and woody material.

The proposed removal of 1 dead rhododendron, 1 dead cedar, and 1 rose of Sharon with the planting of 2 rhododendrons, 1 cranberry viburnum, and foundation plant replacement. Work to be done by Estates Landscape and Maintenance.
