Request for Determination of Applicability
Division of Marine Fisheries (DMF) Herring Brook Way
by the Town of Orleans, Assessor’s Map 55, Parcels 36 and 53. The proposed repairs to the lower end of the herring run, including stabilization of walls, rehabilitation of fish passage weirs, & minor repairs to the upper weir structure near Pilgrim Lake. Work will occur in a Fish Run, in a Wetland, in Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage, & in the Pleasant Bay A.C.E.C.
