Assessor’s Map 38, Parcel 14. The existing Off Road Vehicle (ORV) and Beach Management Plan for Nauset Beach South. Work will take place on a Coastal Beach, Coastal Dune, Coastal Bank, Salt Marsh, Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage, & the Pleasant Bay A.C.E.C.

by CLE Engineering. The proposed maintenance dredging within Rock Harbor with offshore disposal at the Cape Cod Bay Disposal Site. Work will occur in Land Under the Ocean, Coastal Beach, Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage, & the Cape Cod Bay A.C.E.C.
Certificate of Compliance
Peter & Linda Coneen (2003) 95 Rayber Road
The request for a Certificate of Compliance for an Order of Conditions for the construction of three storage unit buildings, paved surfaces, concrete retaining walls, & the installation of a stormwater drainage system. One of the storage unit buildings was not constructed and will not be constructed.
Justine Kirkwood (2011) 53 Towhee Lane
The request for a Certificate of Compliance for an Order of Conditions for the installation of a septic tank, pump chamber, and piping to connect to an existing septic system, and the pumping and filling of an existing cesspool. No work occurred under this Order.
