The proposed restoration plan for operations that have encroached onto town property. Work has occurred within 100’ of the Edge of Wetland and the Cape Cod Bay A.C.E.C.
Revised Plan
Carol A. McCullough 63 Briar Spring Road
The proposed construction of a second story onto a portion of an existing dwelling; & the construction of dug-in timber steps on an existing path on a Coastal Bank has been revised to install a rock wall, the no-mow zone to be planted with native plantings, and to leave the existing shed at its current location. Work will also occur within 100’ of a Salt Marsh, within Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage, & within an ACEC.

The proposed removal of wind-blown and uprooted trees from winter and spring storms. Work to be done by Mason Tree Service.
