by Lucas Environmental, Assessor’s Map 29, Parcel 42.  The proposed conversion and expansion of an existing shed on sonotube footings to living space and the hand digging and installation of one sonotube.  Work will occur within 100’ of the Top of a Bank, Edge of Mill Pond, and Bordering Vegetated Wetland.
