The proposed conversion and expansion of an existing shed on sonotube footings to living space and the hand digging and installation of one sonotube. Work will occur within 100’ of the Edge of Mill Pond and the Edge of Wetland.
Town of Orleans 82 Tonset Road
The proposed removal of phragmites at Sea Call Farm. Work will occur on a Salt Marsh and Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage. Work to be done by AmeriCorps Cape Cod.

The proposed replacement of an existing culvert, removal of cattails, and phragmites, has been amended to remove the culvert replacement from the proposed plan. Work will occur within a Salt Marsh, in a Bordering Vegetated Wetland, on Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage, and within 100’ of the Edge of a Salt Marsh.
