by Ryder & Wilcox, Inc. Assessor’s Map 69, Parcel 51. The proposed expansion of an existing deck, removal of an existing roof over a drive-under garage, removal of 2 oak trees, and construction of a deck over a new flat roof. Work will occur within 100’ of the Edge of Wetland.
