Work will occur within 100’ of an Inland Bank and Bordering Vegetated Wetland.

The approved Order for removal of an existing dwelling and the construction of a new single-family dwelling, underground utilities, water line, sewer, landscape walls and the installation of a drywell, has been revised to include the modification of a retaining wall and steps on the south side of the building. Work will occur on a Coastal Bank, Coastal Beach, and within 50’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank.
