The proposed building of a single family dwelling has been revised to include an enclosed porch over the original proposed deck and the construction of an elevated deck on posts. Work will occur within 100’ of 3 Isolated Wetlands.

The request for a Certificate of Compliance for an Order of Conditions for the upgrading of a sewage disposal system including abandonment of the existing septic system.

The proposed removed of grape vine growing in the pond. All work will be done by hand. Work was previously approved (2010) but was not done in the time allotted. Work will occur within a Pond, and within 100’ of the Edge of Pond and a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. Work to be done by applicant.

The proposed removal of a tree fallen onto a garage due to the recent storm event. Work will occur within 50’ of the Edge of a Ditch, Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage, and the Pleasant Bay A.C.E.C. Work to be done by Bravo Company.

The proposed removal of damaged willow limbs and the removal of a broken black cherry tree as a result of the recent storm event. Work will occur within 100’ of the Edge of a Pond and a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. Work to be done by Colson’s Landscaping.
Tom Heiser 27 Carlton Road
The proposed replacement of 5 yards of fill and installation of 4 new gabions under the stairs as a result of storm damage. Work will occur on the Bottom of a Coastal Bank, Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage, and the Pleasant Bay A.C.E.C. Work to be done by Anchor Marine.
Frank Csongor 47 Nauset Road
The proposed removal of invasive plants, seeding of native grasses, and planting of native shrubs. Work will occur within 100’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank and Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage. Work to be done by Wilkinson Ecological Associates.
