The proposed construction of a second-story addition to an existing single family dwelling, the removal and management of invasive plant species, and selective vista pruning. Work will occur within 100’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank and the Pleasant Bay A.C.E.C.

The proposed pruning of one locust tree and the removal of one locust tree. Work will occur within 100’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank, Salt Marsh, and in the Pleasant Bay A.C.E.C.

The proposed construction of a 1st floor deck and ramp onto an existing single family dwelling. The structure will be supported by posts on sonotube footings. Work will occur within 100’ of the Edge of a Salt Marsh and the Inner Cape Cod Bay A.C.E.C. Work to be done by Delaney Builders.
