The after the fact removal of a storm damaged locust located on the rear bank.  A stump had been left.  Work had occurred within 100’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank, Salt Marsh, and the Pleasant Bay A.C.E.C.

The proposed repair of existing erosion along path leading to the beach and along the house.  Work will occur within 100’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank and the Edge of Salt Marsh.
