The proposed pruning of 3 oak trees and 1 black cherry tree to 2-4’ in height, and the proposed removal of 1 apple tree and 1 black cherry. Work will occur within Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage, the Pleasant Bay A.C.E.C., and within 50’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank. Work to be done by Bartlett Tree Service.

The after the fact removal of a storm damaged locust located on the rear bank. A stump had been left. Work had occurred within 100’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank, Salt Marsh, and the Pleasant Bay A.C.E.C.

The proposed repair of existing erosion along path leading to the beach and along the house. Work will occur within 100’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank and the Edge of Salt Marsh.
