The proposed installation of a septic tank, pump chamber, and piping to connect to an existing septic system, and the pumping and filling of an existing cesspool. Work will occur on a Coastal Bank, in Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage, in the Pleasant Bay A.C.E.C., and within 100’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank.
