The proposed removal of 3 locust trees and replanting with bayberry, beach plum, and lowbush blueberry. Work will occur within 100’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank, Edge of Marsh, and the A.C.E.C.. Work to be done by A to Z Treez.
Christopher Frey 71 Briar Springs Road
The proposed removal of 3 dead trees and the removal of dead bittersweet vines. Work will occur within 100’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank, Salt Marsh, and in the A.C.E.C..
Adrienne Pfluger 20 Briar Springs Road
The proposed removal of 2 dead cedars, the cutting of bittersweet and multiflora rose, and gravely the English ivy. Work will occur within 100’ of the Edge of two Vernal Pools. Work to be done by Cape Cod Tree and Landscape.
Judith Bruce 26 Towhee Lane
The proposed digging of a trench to replace existing electrical lines to dwelling. Work will occur within 100’ of the Edge of Deep Pond and Shoal Pond.
Aideen & Peter Jenkins 118 Freemans Lane
The proposed building of a dormer to an existing roof. Work will occur within 100’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank. Work to be done by Safe Harbor Environmental Services.
Marcia Galazzi 24 Tom’s Hollow Lane
The proposed filling of potholes with clean gravel and stone mix from the 2010-2011 winter storms (Annual nourishment). Work will occur within 100’ of the Edge of two Wetlands. Work to be done by Paul Daniels.
Mark Kritzman 204 Barley Neck Road
The proposed pruning of a cedar tree touching house. Work will occur within 100’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank, Edge of Marsh, and the A.C.E.C.. Work to be done by Jay Pettit.
Michael & Elizabeth Bell 43 Nichols Road
The proposed annual view cutting over property of John Nichols, cutting of two existing shrubs 3’x 5’, and potential removal of poison ivy. Work will occur within 100’ of the Edge of Wetland. Work to be done by applicant.
Kris Ramsay/OCT Namskaket Marsh, Map 31, Lot 1
The proposed debris and trash clean up along the back-portion of the marsh abutting the bike trail. Work to be by the Orleans Conservation Trust.

by East Cape Engineering, Inc. Assessor’s Map 36, Parcel 23 & 24. The proposed removal of invasive species and the planting of native species on a right of way over 8 & 10 Beach Road. Work will occur within 25’ Buffer Strip, 50’ Buffer Zone, and 100’ Buffer Zone to the Edge of Wetland.
Robert & Nancy Munson 7 Alden Road
by Coastal Engineering Company, Inc. Assessor’s Map 21, Parcel 75. The proposed addition to a single family dwelling and revegetation of a proposed cleared accessway. Work will occur within 50’ of the Edge of Two Wetlands
