John Nichols 45 Nichols Road
The proposed planting of 2 blueberry bushes, the transplanting of 1 juniper, the removal of two oak trees, and pruning of two oak limbs. Work will occur within 100’ of the Edge of Wetland. Work to be done by applicant.
Gina Pati 25 Ellis Road
The proposed removal of 7 locust trees. Work will occur within 100’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank, Edge of Marsh, and the A.C.E.C.. Work to be done by A to Z Treez.
Bill Wibel 61 Keziah’s Lane
The proposed removal of dead wood and pitch pine from the marsh, removal of a pitch pine from within the deck, and the removal of English Ivy and Bittersweet from the Top of the Bank. Work will occur within the A.C.E.C., Top of the Coastal Bank, and within 100’ of the Top of the Coastal Bank. Work to be done by Jeff Norgeot.
Elizabeth DeLima 11 Uncle Harvey’s Way
The proposed removal of invasive species, removal of 2 dead scotch pines, the pruning of native species to stimulate growth, and replanting with native species. Work will occur within 100’ of the Edge of Uncle Harvey’s Pond. Work to be done by applicant.
James Hughes 5 Skaket Circle
The proposed replacement of a roof, windows, and siding to an existing dwelling. Work will occur within the A.C.E.C. and within 50’ of the Edge of Marsh. Work to be done by Paul Van Steensel.
Stephen & Jane Williamson 64 Namequoit Road
The proposed installation of a sewer line between the existing garage and house. Work will occur within 100’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank. Work to be done by F.L. Quinn.

5, 11, &17 Lovell Lane
The proposed removal of invasive species and pruning of invasives species as a part of the AmeriCorps work week. Work will occur within 100’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank, Edge of Marsh, and the A.C.E.C..
Town of Orleans Harvey’s Lane/Landing
The proposed removal of invasive species and the installation of dug in steps for canoe access. Area to be revegetated during AmeriCorps work week. Work will occur within 100’ of the Edge of Harvey’s Pond and an Inland Bank.
Town of Orleans Skaket Annex Beach
The proposed moving of snow fence and rocks delineating parking area due to erosion. Advice is sought regarding the beach access due to the State’s removal of the boardwalk. Work will occur on Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage, Coastal Bank, Coastal Dune, and within 100’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank.
Town of Orleans Nauset Beach
The proposed re-installation of the stairs at the main boardwalk at Nauset Beach. Stairs will be relocated 5’ landward due to erosion over the 2010-2011 winter months. Work will occur on Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage, Coastal Bank, Coastal Dune, and within 100’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank.
Town of Orleans Nauset Beach
The proposed removal of sand covering the main boardwalk, north board, and north boardwalk handicap ramp that was blown in during the 2010-2011 winter months, and the opening of the asphalt drainage waterway grown over with vegetation. Work will occur on Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage, Coastal Bank, Coastal Dune, and within 100’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank.
Town of Orleans Skaket Beach Annex
The proposed removal of rock and cement debris from the town beach for public safety. Work will occur on Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage, Coastal Bank, and within 100’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank.
Town of Orleans Skaket Beach
The proposed hauling of sand from a land-based site to top dress Skaket Beach with sand that is stored in Skaket Beach parking lot. The grade would be consistent with the approved Ryder & Wilcox Plan Job Number 6427. Work will occur on Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage, Coastal Bank, Coastal Dune, and within 100’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank.
