Tony & Robin Davis 45 Arey’s Lane
The proposed repair of an existing block foundation including waterproofing and grout repair and the installation of a safety curb and seats for sailing students. Work will occur within 100’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank and the A.C.E.C. Work to be done by Tony Davis.
Marnie Munger 4 Seal Lane
The proposed removal of 4 Eastern Red Cedars and existing overgrown foundation and island plants. An existing gravel driveway is proposed to be re-surfaced with shells and existing lawn to be re-seeded. Work will occur within 100’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank and Salt Marsh.
Department of Conservation & Recreation Gavigan Property/Skaket Beach
The proposed removal of a portion of the boardwalk at the Gavigan Property west of Skaket Beach. A portion of the boardwalk has fallen onto the beach. Work to be done by DCR.
Betty Hinkley 22 Twiss Road
The proposed removal of the tops of 3 dead Eastern Red Cedars hanging onto property. Work will occur within 100’ of the Edge of Wetland and Vernal Pool. Work to be done by the Tree Wizard.
Margot Basile 180 Main Street
The proposed removal of a leaning dead black locust tree. Work will occur within 50’ of the Edge of Wetland.

by GHD Inc. Assessor’s Map 15, Parcel 6. The proposed stormwater improvements for the Skaket Beach Parking Lot. Work will occur with Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage, Coastal Beaches, Coastal Dunes, and within 100’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank.
