The approved Order for the installation of a new septic system including the abandonment of existing cesspools, conversion of the existing well to an irrigation well, and the installation of town water, has been revised to change the location of the gas line to within the driveway. Installation will be done through vibratory flow. Work will occur within 100’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank.

The proposed removal of brush for the clearing of the herring run. This is a historical herring run and per the requirements of Mass. Division of Marine Fisheries must be maintained in good working order. Work to be done by the Town and Herring Run Keeper.
