The Order to install a gas line, replace a porch and patio, and install a hot tub is proposed to be revised to include the construction of steps, retaining walls, and installation of drainage to the drywell.  Work will occur within 100’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank.  Work to be done by Artistic Grounds Landscape.

The proposed removal of one Pitch Pine and pruning of 2 additional Pitch Pines damaged by recent storms.  Work will occur within 100’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank and the A.C.E.C.  Work to be done by The Tree Wizard.
