The approved Order to demolish an existing dwelling, construct a new dwelling and swimming pool, and extend the existing fiber roll toe protection has been revised to reduce the dwelling and hardscape located within the resource area. A reduction of 436 square feet has been proposed. Work will occur within 100’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank.
Administrative Reviews
Pleasant Bay Narrow Trust 111 Davis Road
The proposed renourishment of beach seaward of an existing gabion revetment. 25 cubic yards of compatible beach sand will be used. Work will occur within Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage, Coastal Beach, Coastal Bank, and Land Under Water. Work to be done by Mike Losordo.
Mr. & Mrs. Harold Mayer 61 Kenneth Lane
The proposed removal of 1 large structurally weak pitch pine near the back corner of the house and leave stump high for hammock. Prune 1 pitch pine to remove English Ivy and deadwood only. Re-planting is proposed with 2, 3-4’ Eastern Red Cedar trees. Work to be done by The Tree Wizard.
