Herbert W. Gullquist 22 Indian Fort Hill Lane
by Ryder & Wilcox, Inc. Assessor’s Map 76, Parcel 44. Continuation of the proposed reconstruction of an existing boathouse on a new timber pile foundation and the replacement of a timber bulkhead and concrete wall with a stone revetment. Work will occur within 100 feet of a Salt Marsh, on a Coastal Bank, Coastal Beach, Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage, and in an A.C.E.C. (Pleasant Bay).

Jean Hasenmiller 39 Willie Atwood Road
by East Cape Associates, Assessor’s 23, Parcel 7. Continuation of the proposed installation of a new septic system has been amended to include the installation of a new gas service and new water service, the construction of a stairway and deck, the excavation of an existing foundation, and the removal of several trees. Work will occur within 100’ of the Edge of Wetland, Existing Ditch, Top of a Coastal Bank, and A.C.E.C..

Continuation of the request to prune trees to improve the view. Work will occur in the ACEC and within 100’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank. Work to be done by Alan’s Landscaping
Robert & Maryann Jamison 36 Defiance Lane
Request to upgrade the existing septic system. Septic tank, pump chamber, and a portion of the excavation area is within 100’ of the Edge of Wetland. Remaining work to be done outside of the buffer zone. Work to be done by East Cape Engineering.
Peter & Jayne Hamel 12 Deacon Road
Request to cut up and remove a willow tree which had fallen down during recent storm events. Work will occur 50’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank and within the A.C.E.C. Work to be done by Nauset Landscape.
Michael & Myra Murphy 10 Beach Road
Request to plant 4 Leyland Cypress trees for screening. 2 of the 4 trees to be planted will be located within 100’ of the edge of a Bog. Work to be done by Wilkinson Ecological.
Susan Sargent 35 Crystal Lake Drive
Request to remove tree brought down by the storm on 12/27/10. Work will occur within the A.C.E.C. Work to be done by applicant.
