by Ryder & Wilcox, Inc. Assessor’s Map 96, Parcel 23. The proposed repair to an existing revetment. Work will occur on Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage, Land Under Waterbodies, and in the Pleasant Bay A.C.E.C..
Herbert W. Gullquist 22 Indian Fort Hill Lane
by Ryder & Wilcox, Inc. Assessor’s Map 76, Parcel 44. The proposed reconstruction of an existing boathouse on a new timber pile foundation and the replacement of a timber bulkhead and concrete wall with a stone revetment. Work will occur within 100 feet of a Salt Marsh, on a Coastal Bank, Coastal Beach, Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage, and in an A.C.E.C. (Pleasant Bay).

by Vine Associates. Assessor’s Map 42, Parcel 48. The proposed reconstruction of an existing boat ramp. Work will occur within 100’ of Land Under the Ocean, Coastal Bank, Salt Marsh, and Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage.
Amended Order
Jean Hasenmiller 39 Willie Atwood Road
by East Cape Associates, Assessor’s 23, Parcel 7. The proposed installation of a new septic system has been amended to include the installation of a new gas service and new water service, the construction of a stairway and deck, the excavation of an existing foundation, and the removal of several trees. Work will occur within 100’ of the Edge of Wetland, Existing Ditch, Top of a Coastal Bank, and A.C.E.C..

by Ryder & Wilcox, Inc. Assessor’s Map 5, Parcel 12. Request to revise plan for the approved installation of an in-ground swimming pool, including construction of retaining walls, fence, and shed. Request to remove an existing septic system within A.C.E.C and 50’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank. The abandonment of an existing well, installation of town water, installation of a new septic system, will all occur outside of the buffer zone.
Norman Eaton 88 Tonset Road
Request to remove invasive species and replant native shrubs on the second-third of the top of a Coastal Bank. This is the second part of a three-phase project. Work to be done by Sam Southworth.
