by Ryder and Wilcox, Inc. Assessor’s Map 70, Parcel 36. The proposed construction of additions and a shed. Work will occur within 100 feet of a coastal bank, a marsh, and within an ACEC.

Porter and Michelle Odenbach (2007) 169 Tonset Road
Request for a COC for an Order to build a garage and a pervious drive. Status of the Special Conditions on the Order are as follows: 1. A row of boulders must be placed so that vehicles cannot drive to the wetland side of the driveway. (14 boulders have been placed on the wetland side of the drive.) 2. The driveway must remain dirt (The driveway is shell and the applicant requests that the shell be accepted.) 4. Electricity may be installed in the barn but not water. (The hose attached to the barn near the side door has been removed.) The driveway and building do not appear to be the same shape as the approved plan. An as-built has been submitted that shows the overhang of the roof and the changes to the drive.
Robert and Angela McCoy (2008) 43 Ruggles Road
Request for a COC for an Order to build a one story addition. The Addition is built as shown. An as-built was submitted to show the location of a propane tank and two air conditioning units.
Robert and Star Hopkins (2006) and Amended 67 Mill Pond Road
Request for a COC for an Order to build a studio/garage with utilities was amended to show the water service. The studio/garage was built as shown. An as-built was submitted to show the location of an air conditioning unit, a propane tank and retaining walls.

Request to remove 1 locust tree leaning over the yard of the neighbor. Many birds are nesting in the brush around this tree so that this work should not go forward until September. Work by A to Z Treez.

Request to remove 4 pitch pines that are dead and may fall on the dwelling or plantings. There are other dead trees on this property for habitat. Work by S & L Tree Company.
