This request for a COC for stairs down a coastal bank was held from2/12/2008 to remove a walkway over the lawn and, a float from the marsh, for the submittal of an as-built and for vegetation to grow in under the stairway. The walkway and float have been removed an as-built has been submitted and there is some vegetation under the stairs.

Request to remove 1 apple tree that has split and fallen. Work by Chris Smith, Cape Cod Tree and Landscape
Joel Smith 6 Skaket Circle
Request to seed over a new leaching area with New England Wildflower Mix and the area disturbed by the septic system installation with grass seed. They would also like to replace the railroad ties under with deck with 1”x 6” trex edging and the ones on the driveway turnaround with Belgian block. New pavers would be put over the gravel in the walkway. The garden in the front would be expanded slightly to the walkway and the invasive species would be removed from the driveway circle and replaced with holly, bayberry, inkberry or dogwood.
Request to Return Bond
Robert and Angela McCoy (2008) 43 Ruggles Road
A $2,000 bond was held for a restoration planting plan by Wilkinson Ecological Design. The invasive plants have been removed and the new shrubs and trees have been planted and are doing well.
