by Coastal Engineering Co., Inc. Assessor’s Map 81. A proposed extension to an existing municipal water main. Work will occur within 100’ of 2 Vernal Pools & a Vegetated Wetland.
Daniel & Andrea Schmieg 13 Kingsbury Lane
by Gregory Lombardi Design, Inc. Assessor’s Map 71, Parcel 1. The proposed demolition of an existing dwelling & construction of a new dwelling & swimming pool. Work will occur within 100’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank.

Request for a COC for a single-family dwelling. The house is built as shown and the large beech tree was left as requested.
John and Lisa Donegan ( 2009) 43 Gosnold Road
Request for a COC for the construction of additions and renovations to an existing dwelling is built as shown, and the landscaping structures and foundation plantings have been installed. There is an air-conditioning unit off the north side of the dwelling in the foundation planting.

Joel Benton 2 Beach Road
Request to place a 10’ x 12’ shed within the buffer to a freshwater wetland. The shed has been moved outside of the 50’ buffer on a lawn area and no longer requires a variance. This Application was first heard January 5, 2010 before the shed was moved outside of the 50’ buffer.
Christopher Frey 71 Briar Spring Road
Request to remove storm-damaged branches from 3 red cedars and 1 cherry and to remove 1 leaning red cedar. He would also like to transplant some native roses from the lawn area to the slope by the steps down the bank.
