Request for the Conservation Commission to Hold a Conservation Restriction
Request to hold a Conservation Restriction for the Orleans Conservation Trust for 22 Twinings Lane. This is necessary to comply with grant award requirements. A permanent Conservation Restriction must be held by an appropriate town agency. This property acquisition is to guarantee a permanent trail connection to Twinings Lane.
