by Ryder & Wilcox, Inc. Assessor’s Map 76, Parcel 44. The proposed construction of an addition to an existing deck. Work will occur within 100’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank & within the Pleasant Bay ACEC.

James and Virginia Richardson 70 Rock Harbor Road
Construct an 11’x 11’ first-floor addition with an 11’x 20’ second-story addition. There is no recent Site Plan of this property but it is likely to be greater than 100’ from a freshwater wetland. They will erect a silt fence to keep the work out of the buffer.
Orleans Conservation Trust 124 Arey’s Lane
Remove the existing dwelling that is about 140’ from the water of Pilgrim Lake. A silt fence will be placed around the dwelling as a Limit of Work. The house is outside the ACEC and greater than 50’ from the top of the coastal bank to Pilgrim Lake. The coastal bank is well vegetated with white pine. Loam will be placed on the previous house site and it will be seeded with native grasses. One rhododendron and 1 spruce will have to be removed.
Katherine Udall 35 Keziah’s Lane
Pave the main driveway within 100 feet to Lonnie’s Pond. There is no recent Site Plan of this property showing the coastal bank, but the driveway is likely to be within 100 feet of the coastal bank. Minor vegetation work on the coastal bank to keep open several windows of view by reducing the height of the shrubs to 4’ and pruning a branch off of 6 trees.
