15. Meet in Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining and to conduct strategy session in preparation for negotiations with non-union personnel.
Motion: Move to go into Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining and to conduct strategy session in preparation for negotiations with non-union personnel and that the Chair declare that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the body, and to reconvene in Open Session only for purposes of adjournment.
(Chair makes a separate declaration that an Open Meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the body.)

Note: In accordance with the Town Charter, the Board of Selectmen shall act as Park Commissioners, and in this capacity may from time to time consider matters not specifically referenced as such on the regular agenda.
