9:00 a.m. Call to order
- Meet in Executive Session to conduct collective bargaining session, and to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining, and to conduct strategy session in preparation for negotiations with non-union personnel.
Motion: Move to go into Executive Session to conduct collective bargaining session and to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining, and to conduct strategy session in preparation for negotiations with non-union personnel, and that the Chair declare that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the body, and to reconvene in Open Session only for the purpose of adjournment.
(Chair makes a separate declaration that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating or bargaining position of the body.)
