- Meet in Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining and to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with non-union personnel.
Motion: Move to go into Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining and to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with non-union personnel and that the Chair declare that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the body, and to reconvene in Open Session.
(Chair makes a separate declaration that an Open Meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the body.)
- Meet in Open Session to consider the following items:
- Temporary Director of Public Works and Natural Resources position
- Non-union employee COLA’s for FY12, FY13 and FY14
