- Nauset Beach Agreement is set to expire on April 30, 2010 unless each town Board of Selectmen votes prior to 12/31/09 to extend for one year.
- Hammatt Park Way legal status to be determined by Chatham Conservation Commission

- Who has authority to open and close sections of beach in Chatham
- Whether Orleans should continue to perform bird monitoring in Chatham
- Whether Orleans should continue beach patrols in Chatham
- Update on regional beach manager meeting future steps to meet with state officials to review beach management regulations.
