AGENDA
9:00 a.m. Call to order
- Meet in Executive Session to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property and to discuss strategy with respect to litigation
Motion: Vote to go into Executive Session to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property, and to discuss strategy with respect to litigation, and that the Chair declare that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating or litigating position of the body, and to reconvene in Open Session.
Separately: Chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating or litigating position of the body.
- Meet in Open Session with Town Counsel to discuss the following items:
- Status of CVEC Solar Project on Capped Landfill Property
- Update on Preliminary Work on Possible Solar Project(s) in Watershed
- Nauset Spit – Review Ownership, Control and Management of Beach
- License vs. Lease – Review Options/Limitations for Community Building
